Sabine Introduces Its New Seasonal Menu
Sabine Rooftop Bar is delighted to unveil its new winter menu for the colder months. Guests will be transported to a warm and inviting space with unparalleled and striking views of London’s iconic St Paul’s Cathedral dome and the rest of the London skyline. Nestled in the heart of St Paul’s, Sabine is a secret rooftop tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city streets below. The bar features a stunning terrace bathed in natural light, the perfect spot for guests to relax in.
The indulgent new seasonal menu features some tempting dishes including small plates such as Crispy Calamari Fries with Yuzu aioli. A Spicy Chicken Taco with avocado crema, jalapeno salsa, crispy onions and a Mozzarella Stuffed Gnocchi with basil pesto, cherry tomato confit to share alongside the impeccable views.
Elsewhere on the menu, guests can cosy up on the winter terrace with a selection of Skewers that include; the Lamb & Mint Kofta with Cucumber raita, warm spinach flat bread, Tandoori Prawns with asian slaw, mint yogurt, and a choice of Tostadas, Pulled Beef Bulgogi, Gochujang mayo, kimchi and Chipotle Pulled Pork with Pico de gallo, coriander to name a few. Guests can mix and match between the skewers and tostadas for just £45 for three.
The new dishes can all be perfectly paired with Sabine’s new winter cocktails: ‘Breakfast Sour’ with Volcan infused with kumquat, crème de pêche, orange juice, maple syrup, lime juice, orange bitters and egg whites perfect for an evening winter warmer. The ‘Kahlo Kiss’ brings in the spice of the festive season and should not be missed, mixing Lost Explorer Espadin, Italicus, lime juice, cranberry and raspberry tea, cinnamon syrup, and egg white, and ‘Dusk & Dawn’ Aber falls infused with plum and spices, Crème de figue and plum bitters.
Sabine’s new dessert menu is a decadent affair with dishes including Barkham Blue Cheese Quince jelly, grapes, candied walnuts, fruit bread crisps and a Bitter Chocolate Mousse, dacquoise biscuit, hazelnut, gold leaf. Alternatively, opt for a delicious dessert set to warm the cockles with the Mulled Wine & Winter Berry Mess, with vanilla cream & meringue.
Sabine’s extremely popular Afternoon Tea has now been transformed into the ‘Winter Afternoon Tea’ with a new selection of bite sized delicacies. Offering savoury choices such as Lobster rolls, poached lobster, Sriracha mayo, brioche rolls, Smoked chicken & curried mayo, brandy spiked sultanas, granary bread and Sabine sausage roll, n’duja, Cumberland sausage, fennel seeds. In addition to an array of sweet treats, Black forest lollipop, dark chocolate brownie, cherry, spiced rum ganache and Red velvet with citrus cream cheese, available from £39 per person.
