The Salad Project Opens in Notting Hill with New Matcha Bar Concept

This October, The Salad Project lands in Notting Hill with a double debut: its first neighbourhood site and its first-ever matcha bar.
It’s a space designed not just for speedy takeaway salad bowls, but for hanging out and settling in. A hub for the local community, from morning to night.
From Greens to Green Tea: The Salad Project Matcha Bar
Alongside their cult favourite salads, The Salad Project will open a matcha bar.

The GOAT
The Salad Project’s matcha bar will serve a line-up of hot and cold matcha classics plus playful twists inspired by the cult favourite salads – think maple walnut, hot honey, and a spritzy green goddess.
Light breakfast bites will also be on offer, turning the space into an all-day destination.
“This marks an exciting milestone as our first step into residential neighbourhoods, and I’m especially looking forward to it as a local myself as it means I’ll finally be able to get my daily fix just around the corner. Notting Hill will also be the launchpad for a completely refreshed store design, created specifically with the community in mind. As our 12th location, and our 5th opening this year alone, it’s no small feat, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome everyone in.”
— Florian de Chezelles, The Salad Project Co-Founder
The site will open with The Salad Project’s regular menu, full of classics such as The SP Caesar, The GOAT and the Satay Protein Bowl.
