Wingstop UK promotes Faye Ryder-Humphries to People Director

Wingstop UK, the restaurant brand that doesn’t play when it comes to flavour, is fired up to announce the promotion of Faye Ryder-Humphries to People Director.
Since joining Wingstop UK in April 2022, Faye has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Company’s People strategy during its continued rapid UK expansion. Overseeing a dedicated People team of 19, under Faye’s leadership, thousands of people have started, developed and grown their careers at Wingstop UK.
Opening an average of 30 restaurants each year, Wingstop UK is proud of the development opportunities offered to its 3,000+ strong team, including:
- The Step Up Programme: an end-to-end leadership programme where Crew Members can grow to become District Managers and beyond.
- Wingstop University: offering specialised training, online modules and expert learning sessions, alongside L&D awards and success stories. Wingstop UK also offers external courses; CIPDs, MBAs, Marketing, First Aid, Food Safety and Executive Coaching.
- Apprentice Programme: Team Members can gain full qualifications while working with Wingstop UK.
- Flavour Foundry: a yearly ideas-based competition to contribute to success and win cash prizes, alongside ongoing incentives and events such as trips abroad and car giveaways.
