The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show has unveiled an exclusive preview of innovative new products to see at Excel London on 24–25 September. 

The trade show will bring together senior decision-makers from leading restaurant groups, independent eateries, pub chains, and bar operators from across the UK. Attendees will discover the latest food and drink, breakthrough technologies, and the key trends driving the future of the sector. 

A major draw for visiting operators is the show’s acclaimed Innovation Challenge – a dynamic showcase celebrating creativity and excellence across the industry. It highlights the most exciting and impactful new products launched by exhibitors over the past 12 months.

New products to see in the Innovation Challenge include: 

Blue Light Card Restaurant Geotargeting (stand N361) – Geotargeting is a new tool that lets partners target members by region and drive footfall to the restaurants that need it most. Whether it’s boosting quieter locations or activating regional campaigns, users can get strategic with their offers.  

Callebaut Ruby, Raspberry and Pistachio Bar (stand N727) – Made with a bold, fruity flavour and texture from the pistachio and pailleté feuilletine layer. 

Diageo Smirnoff Miami Peach (stand N421) – Sweet, juicy peach flavours are paired with citrus zest and Smirnoff’s iconic smooth vodka. Serve it over ice with iced tea or mix it with lemonade for an effortless, flavourful drink. 

Freddie’s Peach Hard Iced Tea (stand AS3) – Made with no artificial sweeteners and brewed tea, natural peach and plum flavours, with a clean 4.5% ABV finish – this is a flavourful alternative to sugary RTDs. 

Frenzy Fries (stand N451) – Thanks to a transparent coating, Frenzy Fries offer guests a longer-lasting crispy bite compared to uncoated French Fries. 

Froneri Ice Cream Cadbury Dairy Milk Scooping Ice Cream (stand N240) – Cadbury Dairy Milk ice cream is launching into the scooping format, offering an indulgent treat for families with broad consumer appeal.  

La Compagnie des Desserts Sticky Toffee Cheesecake (stand N527) – A white chocolate cheesecake on a crisp biscuit base with our classic sticky toffee pudding centre through the middle. Also introducing Royal Matcha Yuzu, a bold reinvention of the plated dessert, combining Japanese and tropical ingredients with refined French patisserie techniques. 

Off The Wall Drinks The Smart Tap Dual (stand N128) – The bar tender side is fitted with traditional manual taps, the customer facing side of the tap is fitted with our digital product badges, allowing the customer to select their product, desired size and then tap to pay. A space saving solution designed to reduce waste and boost rate of sale. 

Oil Chef Eco Friendly Chef Corp (stand N665) – The Oil Chef Catalytic Convertor can be retro-fitted to any type of deep fryer which will enable the operator to cook food faster, at a lower temperature. 

Santa Maria Preserved Lemon Paste (stand N571) – Made from 76% lemon puree all in a convenient 750g plastic jar format.  

Sauce Shop Pineapple Habanero Hot Sauce (stand N721) – Made with ripened habaneros, salted and aged for 2-4 weeks. Delicious drizzled over tacos and salads for a fresh, zingy kick. 

The Tofoo Co Pro Panko Bites (stand N221) – Available in frozen catering packs, ensuring efficiency and portion control with organic tofu made in the UK, coated in a crispy panko crumb.  

Unox UK SPEED.Compact™ ECO (stand N635) – Ideal for space and cost-conscious operators, its plug and play design, intuitive click & cook controls, and rapid pre-set programmes deliver consistent, high-quality results at quick cook times.  

Valentine & Cuisine The CORE Smart fryer (stand N531) – Precision temperature control ensures perfect results, while the ECO feature automatically lowers the fryer temperature during inactivity, saving energy. Auto “adaptive cooking” adjusts cooking times based on batch size, simplifying the process and supporting a more sustainable kitchen.  

Yorkshire Tea Iced Lemon (330ml) (stand N671) – Crafted using bespoke tea extract made from Yorkshire Gold loose leaf blend and flavoured naturally. The result? A proper iced tea. Also introducing Yorkshire Tea Iced Peach & Raspberry (330ml).
