German Doner Kebab (GDK), the brand redefining the UK’s kebab experience, is celebrating World Kebab Day (11th July) in signature style, by offering 50% off its iconic OG Kebab, across all 146 UK locations.

Running from Monday 7th to Friday 11th July, the promotion invites fans old and new to enjoy GDK’s best-selling kebab at half the price, available for both dine-in and takeaway.

Crafted with your choice of premium doner chicken, beef, or plant-based alternative, layered with crisp salad and GDK’s three signature sauces in their signature toasted waffle bread, the OG Kebab has become the brand’s hero product.

The week-long celebration also marks a significant moment in GDK’s journey, as the business prepares to open its 150th UK store later this year. With five prime locations opened so far in 2025 including Norwich, Bluewater and Cambridge, GDK continues to disrupt the UK’s QSR landscape with its premium spin on a high street classic.

Since opening its first UK store a decade ago in 2015, GDK has built a cult following for its elevated take on kebabs, leading the charge in what it calls “kebabs redefined.” The business has gone from strength to strength cementing its status as the UK’s fastest-growing kebab brand.

For customers opting for delivery, a separate Buy One Get One Free offer on OG Kebabs will be available via Uber Eats, Just Eat, and Deliveroo from July 11th to July 13th. A 50% discount on OG Kebabs will also be available via the GDK app during the promotional period. There are no restrictions on the number of orders you can place for either the dine-in or delivery offers.
