Fazenda Bishopsgate unveils new spring menu additions, offering an authentic taste of the Brazilian Pampas

Premium Brazilian steakhouse Fazenda, located in Bishopsgate has unveiled bright and flavoursome new spring/summer menu additions.
Fazenda, renowned for its tableside service of skillfully butchered and seasoned freshly-grilled cuts, served by passadores in the tradition of Brazilian rodizio, has now updated its menu with an addition of new, vibrant seafood dishes. Spanning across two floors in the 100 Bishopsgate Tower in the heart of the square mile, the 170 cover restaurant features three luxurious private dining rooms, an elegant mezzanine lounge, and an expansive standalone bar Fino.
Added to Fazenda’s menu includes a new sharing Indulgent Cut, decadent Grilled Lobster – whole lobster grilled and bathed in garlic and parsley butter. Further sharing dishes include Roasted Bone Marrow – served with sourdough bread, onions, and chimichurri, and the Wagyu New York Strip – 500g of thick cut 100% full-blood grade 9 Wagyu Sirloin. The timeless Prawn Cocktail has also been added to the Small Plates and Bar Food Menu. The Prawn Cocktail comes with a special, playful Fazenda twist, where guests can build a lettuce taco with peeled prawns and then add their own choice of toppings, such as Piri-Piri sauce, paprika pearls or marie-rose sauce.
Meanwhile, Fazenda’s Churrasco Experience continues to promise the essence of traditional Brazilian grill, inviting diners to indulge in an array of premium cuts, complemented with freshly-prepared small plates and sharing dishes. The experience features a continuous selection of fifteen grilled meats served tableside by Fazenda’s passadores, including Picanha (beef rump), ribeye, pork belly, chicken hearts, and sirloin. The Churrasco Experience is perfectly accompanied by the Market Table offering of signature salads, seasonal vegetables and more, as well as freshly prepared seasonal sides to order.
Complementing the à la carte and Churrasco menu, Fazenda Bishopsgate offers a large selection of the finest Argentine, Brazilian, Chilean, and Uruguayan wines, as well as a carefully curated bespoke cocktail menu at their standalone bar Fino. The cocktail menu focuses on alternative and innovative expressions that pay homage to the greats of the flourishing South American cocktail scene, aligning with the sophistication of the design of the restaurant. Fazenda’s Children’s Menu lends itself perfectly to families, children under 8 eat free and children aged 8-14 dine for just £15.
