This is the event of February. For the first time, Victor Garvey – Chef of the London-based restaurant Sola, one Michelin star – invites Matan Zaken, Parisian Michelin-starred chef at Nhome, to join forces and create two ephemeral dinners on February 21 and 22 at SOLA.
Victor Garvey’s creative Californian cuisine is served in an elegant, intimate dining room in the heart of Soho, where abundant plants and sculptural lighting evoke the lush vegetation and sun of the Golden State. SOLA celebrates the modern cuisine of the Pacific West Coast, bringing a taste of California to Soho, via Los Angeles.
With a focus on the finest wines from North America, especially those from California, and a service style that incorporates a touch of theater, dining at SOLA takes you on a very special journey.
In 2021, SOLA received one Michelin star and 3 AA Rosettes. It is currently ranked 40th in the UK at the National Restaurant Awards.
NHOMe is the unique Michelin-starred table of Chef Matan Zaken. A one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience centered around a custom-designed table in the heart of the 1st arrondissement of Paris. In an exciting setting, guests enjoy a 10-course blind tasting menu where seasonal ingredients take center stage and inspire the chef’s creations.
For wines, Matan Zaken has given “carte blanche” to Ulysse Hivroz, his sommelier, to craft an authentic wine list that perfectly complements the dishes.
Two talents, two signatures, but a unique menu with 15 dishes. For 48 hours, the star duo will compose a four-handed performance blending Parisian creativity and London sophistication. This unprecedented meeting will give rise to a high-level menu, fusing their two universes.
