Varenna, the Hotel Royal Victoria of R Collection Hotels group presents its new fine dining concept, the Visteria restaurant.
Open from early May, the sophisticated and elegant restaurant in the medieval village of Varenna offers an immersive dining experience involving all the senses with an enchanting view of Lake Como.

Open six days a week, except Tuesday, for dinner service from 19.00 to 22.00, Visteria is open for Hotel Royal Victoria e Villa Cipressi guests as well as public, both local and international who are looking for a restaurant with excellent quality to live multi-sensory experiences with the food and wine proposals.
With 28 seats, Visteria offers a refined cuisine in the menu proposed by Chef Francesco Sarno, originally from Campania, specialized in luxury hospitality, with consolidated professional experiences.
Visteria offers a standard menu with a sophisticated selection of dishes or the option of a 4-course and 6-course tasting menu, among which a vegetarian tasting option is available. The cuisine wants to enhance values and tastes of Italian tradition in a fresh and sparkling key. The raw material is of the highest quality and dialogues with the territory with choices of Mediterranean ingredients based on meat, fish or vegetables. Among the best dishes, suggested by Chef Sarno, the lemon, scampo and buffalo risotto, the buffalo and eggplant first course, the parmesan and truffle artichoke or the scenic cooked and raw vegetables.
Visteria is the fine dining in Varenna which stands out for a sophisticated design studied to the smallest details. A warm and cozy atmosphere given by the choice of materials and textures, marbles mixed with wooden tables and velvet seats, a game of natural lights created by the bright stained-glass windows which are a main feature in the restaurant, enhancing the view.
