10° Sky Bar, Mayfair’s highest cocktail bar with unparalleled views of Central London, has created the ‘New Fashion’, a whisky cocktail as a seasonal special for this Winter.

The ‘New Fashion’ is 10° Sky Bar’s quirky and delicious alternative to the traditional ‘Old Fashioned’. The cocktail comprises of The Lakes Whiskymaker’s special-edition single malt whisky – an elegant, silky-smooth, and spicy whisky; Tio Pepe sherry for a sharp touch; Martel VSOP’s cognac to provide woody overtones; Angostura bitters giving a spicy kick; and finally, some salted caramel for a hint of sweetness.

The sky-high bar, located on the 28^th of London Hilton on Park Lane, is seeing an increase in whisky orders as the cold sets in and customers are looking for a warming winter cocktail. Along with ‘New Fashion’, 10° Sky Bar will be serving up its best-selling cocktails throughout the holiday season, which include its signature Pinky and Monarch cocktails, as well as classic cocktails such as the margarita, Negroni and Espresso Martini.
