Jason Atherton’s Hai Cenato have announced next month’s new guest chef pizza as part of their monthly series, with Monica Galetti of Mere, Fitzrovia. The sourdough pizza designed by the MasterChef judge will feature San Marzano tomato, fresh mozzarella, roasted aubergines, anchovies and finished with a sprinkling of oregano. The pizza, available throughout March has been curated in celebration of International Women’s Day (8^th March) and will be priced at £17 with £1.00 of every pizza sold going to the charity, Hospitality Action. Monica Galetti follows a string of brilliant collaborations with the likes of Massimo Bottura, Clare Smyth and Paul Ainsworth.
