A Worcestershire restaurant is relaunching after undergoing a six-figure refurbishment.

The 3 AA Rosette Chaddesley Restaurant at Brockencote Hall Hotel has been reimagined as Malvern Restaurant following a £150,000 investment, transforming the space into a contemporary dining destination inspired by the beauty of the Worcestershire countryside.

The redesigned interior draws heavily on nature, creating a warm and elegant setting that reflects the landscape beyond its windows. Striking linen curtains, intricately embroidered with pine trees and evergreens, echo the tranquillity of a European forest, bringing a subtle botanical influence into the restaurant.

Complementing this is a bespoke carpet featuring a softly distressed, abstract pattern inspired by traditional ornamental textiles. Layered in warm terracotta, burnt orange and ochre tones against a neutral palette of stone, taupe and ivory, the design has an intentionally weathered, painterly quality.

Fragmented floral and scroll-like details add depth and character, while blending classic country house influences with a contemporary aesthetic. Together, these carefully selected finishes create a refined yet inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements Malvern Restaurant’s exceptional dining experience.

The new-look setting is complemented by a menu overseen by longstanding head chef, Tim Jenkins, who is marking a decade of culinary service at the hotel. With menus shaped by the Worcestershire countryside, Brockencote Hall has forged a reputation of sourcing ingredients locally, including from the hotel’s kitchen garden, 12 hive apiary and local suppliers.

Guests can expect beautifully crafted dishes such as XL Orkney Scallop, delicately paired with goat’s curd and vibrant citrus notes; an indulgent Chateaubriand, complemented by rich Port jus and classic Béarnaise sauce; and a luxurious White Chocolate Ganache, finished with Brockencote honey and seasonal peaches. Each course has been thoughtfully created to celebrate exceptional produce, refined flavours and the artistry of modern British cuisine.

Malvern Restaurant also offers an exquisite tasting menu, designed to showcase the kitchen’s finest seasonal ingredients through a carefully curated multi-course dining experience. Each course has been thoughtfully created to celebrate the very best of the season, with guests also having the option to enhance their experience with a complementary wine flight, carefully selected by the restaurant’s sommelier in partnership with its wine merchant.

The much-loved cheese trolley also returns, offering guests the opportunity to savour a carefully curated selection of ten exceptional British artisan cheeses, celebrating the finest regional producers and traditional cheesemaking craftsmanship.
