Pimentae Drinks Takes Premium Margaritas Airside with On-Tap Launch Across Major UK Airports

Award-winning tequila cocktail brand Pimentae has officially expanded into UK travel retail, with its premium margaritas now available on tap and in take-away formats across major airport locations including Heathrow, Gatwick, London Luton and Manchester Airport.

The rollout includes new listings with Big Smoke Taphouses, serving Pimentae margaritas via a 5L bag-in-box format, now live at Heathrow Terminal 3 (Oceanic), Heathrow Terminal 5 (The Globe, landside), Gatwick (airside) and London Luton (airside). Pimentae has also launched six on-tap lines alongside its full canned range into Great Northern Market at Manchester Airport (airside), which went live on 3 February 2026. Served via a 20L keg format, the on-tap range includes Spicy Margarita, Grapefruit Margarita and Tommy’s Margarita, delivering bar-quality cocktails with the speed, consistency and efficiency required in high-footfall travel environments.

In addition, the full 125ml canned range, including Cucumber Margarita, is now available for take-away at Great Northern Market, giving travellers a premium RTD option to enjoy on the go. A standout feature of the Manchester installation is Pimentae’s fully bespoke tap design, with custom fonts and wraps created using the brand’s artwork, which is a first-of-its-kind execution within the airport environment, bringing Pimentae’s bold visual identity directly to the bar.

Launched in 2021 by Alice Parmiter and Wynter Karo, Pimentae was once told there was “no place for RTDs in trade.” Today, the brand sits alongside global spirits players in some of the UK’s busiest transport hubs, reinforcing the growing role of premium RTDs in modern on-trade and travel retail. The airport expansion has been delivered in partnership with Airport Retail Enterprises (UK) Limited, with the technical install, bespoke tap builds, menu placement and staff training led by Katie Arabella Ward, Senior National Account Manager at Pimentae Drinks.
