Shake Shack is set to open its newest UK location on Tooley Street this summer, bringing its much-loved classics to the vibrant London Bridge area.

Located amid one of London’s busiest gateways between the City and South London, the new Shack will welcome locals, commuters, and visitors alike to gather, grab a bite, and enjoy made-to-order classics. Guests can expect the signature ShackBurger®, Crinkle Cut Fries, Flat-Top Dogs, and hand-spun shakes, all served with the warm hospitality and community spirit Shake Shack is known for.

Inspired by its setting within Hay’s Galleria, the London Bridge Shack blends historic Victorian wharf architecture with a fresh riverside aesthetic. Preserved architectural details and exposed brickwork are paired with modern design to create a bright, inviting space for guests.
