The Salad Project is Coming to Battersea – with a Delicious New Menu
Battersea is set to welcome a fresh, flavour-packed addition to its dining scene with The Salad Project.
Arriving just in time for winter as their final opening of 2025, this new site will serve a new menu featuring hearty protein bowls alongside seasonal favourites, including hot honey potatoes, falafel, hummus and more.
The New Season Menu
The menu includes three brand-new protein bowls, packed with energy-releasing grains and upgraded toppings – ideal for a hearty lunch or a quick, satisfying dinner while shopping at the Power Station.

One standout is the Falafel Protein Bowl, built on a base of rocket and spiced chickpeas, topped with cucumber, pomegranate salsa, creamy hummus, and green tahini dressing, finished with crispy falafel – or chicken for an alternative protein hit. Other seasonal highlights include hot honey potatoes.
The Battersea site will also serve the brand’s cult favourites, from The SP Caesar and The GOAT to the Satay Protein Bowl.
Design Notes
The Battersea site continues The Salad Project’s design-forward approach, proving that fast-casual dining can still be stylish. Exposed ceilings, tactile finishes and a limited material palette create a space that feels energetic yet calm in its simplicity.

A sleek, curved stainless-steel banquette flows through the interior, catching light, reflecting movement and subtly defining each zone.
At the heart of the restaurant is a bespoke artwork by Valentin Ruhry, crafted entirely from light switches — a playful tribute to Battersea Power Station’s legacy of light and power.
Florian de Chezelles, The Salad Project Co-Founder: “Our Battersea store marks a milestone for The Salad Project – not just as our final opening of 2025, but as one of our most anticipated locations yet. Battersea has been asking for us, and we’re thrilled to finally deliver. This space brings together everything we’ve learned across our other sites: the flow, the open kitchen, and a refined design that balances efficiency with warmth.
It’s a true reflection of how far we’ve come – a space built for connection, and community, centred around good food. We couldn’t think of a better way to close out the year than by finally bringing The Salad Project to Battersea.”
