Cimbali Group returns to the London Coffee Festival 2025 with its four iconic brands and celebrates Faema’s 80th anniversary

The Group will be on Brick Lane at the Truman Brewery with LaCimbali, Slayer, and Casadio at Booth HP29, and Faema on the ground floor at Booth G49.
This will be an opportunity not only for Faema to celebrate this important milestone but also to showcase the evolution of its brand since its inception in 1945.
Cimbali Group will take part in the 14th edition of the London Coffee Festival, held at the Truman Brewery from May 15th to the 18th, celebrating once again London’s vibrant coffee culture and dynamic creative communities. Following the unveiling of the Group’s new identity last year, this year it will exhibit its full array of brands, LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer, and Casadio, showcasing their strong competence across different market segments with their value-added services, elevating the experience for both professionals and coffee afficionados.
During the festival, all four brands, supported by renowned coffee roasters, will display a diverse range of products and engaging activities for visitors to enjoy. Among the main highlights, LaCimbali will exhibit the M40, accompanied by several coffee roasters at their stand.
This year, Faema celebrates a major milestone: 80 years since its founding in 1945. The anniversary will be marked with a refreshed visual identity, the premiere of a powerful new video, and a display of its iconic machines, including the President GT-i, E71E, E71 Touch, and Faemina.
Faema also returns as sponsor of the Coffee Masters with the E71E machine. Slayer will showcase its latest product, the Steam Single, while Casadio will announce the global launch of its new Ermes Dual, a versatile grinder designed for both espresso and filter extractions. Featuring 75mm vertical flat burrs for precision and speed, the Ermes Dual seamlessly switches between single-shot and on-demand modes, offering flexibility and consistency for mid/high-volume environments.

Casadio: unveiling of the Ermes Dual
For the global launch of its latest product, Casadio will unveil the new Ermes Dual at its booth (HP29), a versatile grinder designed for both espresso and filter extractions. Its versatility lies in its ability to complement any coffee machine, as well as brewing coffee stations that do not require an espresso machine.
The Ermes Dual is crafted for baristas who think like brewers; it seamlessly switches between single shot and on-demand modes, offering maximum flexibility for a variety of brewing needs. At the heart of the grinder is a set of 75mm vertical flat burrs, developed in collaboration with KEBER to balance precision, speed and versatility.
Built entirely from aluminium and engineered with service-friendly components, the Ermes Dual combines robust engineering with user-first innovation. A full-colour display enhances the user experience by making grind settings easy to navigate, personalise and monitor in real time. With precise control and a recipe memory function, coffee lovers can save and replicate their preferred settings with consistency.
The Ermes Dual is the perfect fit for coffee bars and cafés that value both style and functionality. Its elegant design and customisable features make it ideal for venues focused on creating a refined atmosphere, while its precise grinding performance is equally suited to newcomers entering the world of high-quality coffee. Visitors to the booth will have an exclusive first look at this innovative grinder.
