My Favourite Sandwich, a bold new sandwich concept is set to shake up the city’s food scene this March with an exciting launch in Shoreditch, offering a fresh take on familiar favourites. Created by Ross Clarke Collective, the menu blends top-tier ingredients with inventive flavour pairings, delivering sandwiches that go beyond the ordinary.

From the 10th of March guests can savour elevated versions of classic sandwiches, incorporating global influences and innovative techniques. Highlights include the Aged Steak Meatball Marinara, with steak meatballs, house marinara, and mozzarella; the Eurotrash, a bold combination of fried mortadella, pickled onion Monster Munch, and giardiniera pickles; and the Bang Bang Banh Mi, layering chicken, pâté, and Asian pickled slaw. For vegetarians, the Mushroom Meatball Marinara and Spicy Vegan options bring robust flavours, while the Primo Coronation Chicken offers a refined take on a classic with smoked chicken, curried mayo, and champagne-pickled raisins. Each sandwich is paired with Spudos, signature potato crisps in flavours like salt and vinegar, curry sauce, and fried chicken.

Beyond sandwiches, guests can enjoy a range of nostalgic snacks, house-made cookies, and an evolving dessert menu, alongside an impressive drinks selection.
