This Christmas, Brown’s Hotel in Mayfair celebrates the season with an exclusive collaboration with Golden Goose. Running throughout the hotel and reflected in the Festive Afternoon Tea, it features a special nod to the partnership in the form of an exclusive pastry.

Settle into a ruby-red armchair in The Drawing Room and enjoy an indulgent menu of seasonal delights. From Winter Citrus Cake with Lemon Thyme to Roast Bronze Turkey and Cranberry with Cream Cheese Sandwiches, each handmade delicacy is created to embrace the flavours of the season. Among the sweet treats is the stunning Palet D’Or – Golden Medal, created in homage to Golden Goose.

This sophisticated pastry reflects the essence of Golden Goose. Beautifully round and finished with a golden glaze drizzled over glossy chocolate glacage, each Palet D’Or is intentionally unique, celebrating imperfection in the same way Golden Goose sneakers elevate aesthetic distressing. Made with the finest Italian Amedei chocolate, it’s a decadent pastry, rich in both flavour and texture, and a perfect embodiment of festive indulgence.

To complement the experience, guests can add a glass of champagne – because ‘tis the season, after all.
