Yauatcha has joined forces with coveted rosé brand, Whispering Angel, to create an elegant, playful and whimsical, pink summer terrace at Yauatcha City, and will be continuing the rosé theme at Yauatcha Soho with a pink, exterior transformation, making for two must-gram al fresco dining destinations this season. 

Guests will be ‘On Cloud Wine,’ the partnership’s official name, as the terraces open from Tuesday 10th May and run until Tuesday 27th September. Both locations will see three of the award-winning Château d’Esclans’ rosé wines served by the magnum, bottle or glass (Whispering Angel, Rock Angel and Garrus). Tao Group Hospitality UK Head of Wines, Chris Delalonde, Executive Chef Andrew Yeo, along with their teams, have also curated a menu of recommended food pairings to highlight Yauatcha’s contemporary dim sum offering and ensure guests get fully into the summer spirit.

Rosé’s versatility as a wine makes it the ideal companion to Cantonese cuisine, due to its spectrum of sweetness levels, and its ability to not overpower flavours. Each Yauatcha dish pairing, including delicate seafood dishes and vibrant, yet refined flavours, will showcase the tasting notes of each rosé wine to their full potential.

The covered terraces at Yauatcha City will be transformed into two lush floral dreamlands, in the heart of Broadgate, featuring instagrammable flower clouds composed of premium silk florals that combine blossoms, hydrangeas and seasonal flowers in a soft pastel colours. Taking centre stage will be the Whispering Angel bar on the main terrace, dressed with two decadent vase arrangements, whilst the bannisters will be adorned with winding foliage and florals. 

 The ‘On Cloud Wine’ offering available at both Yauatcha City and Soho provides the perfect setting to while away the hours in style this summer.
