Heads + Tails is a cocktail bar which shows opposites really do attract. Combining a bright bar with duck egg blue seating and marbled surfaces upstairs – with a dark, low lit, leather seated, cosy bar, which is hidden downstairs. This Valentine’s Day, Heads + Tails have coupled up with Inverroche, a well-known South African Gin, to create ‘By Any Other Name’. A fancy Collins cocktail made with Inverroche Verdant Gin, lemon juice and rose syrup which is then topped with soda over a column of ice and finished with a rose petal garnish for that extra touch of romance.

What better way to celebrate Valentine’s day than with a bunch of roses and a glass of fizz! This Valentine’s Day upgrade the usual glass of bubbles with the addition of Saicho’s Jasmine tea. Scented with jasmine blossoms, this green tea is a stunning addition to rose Champagne, topped up with a little rose water to create a wonderfully aromatic and floral cocktail, finely balanced with a hint of sweetness and a dash of acidity from the tea.

A brand-new bar off Tottenham St combines cocktails and delicious tapas with an innovative modern take on Ukrainian vodka infusions. Ana and Alex opened Pinch Bar after celebrating their wedding with toasts of their traditional family-made Vodka infusions, wanting to bring this popular Ukrainian drink to London. Enjoy Valentine’s Day at a bar inspired by a wedding! To share their romance, they are offering 2-4-1 on all of their red cocktails from 11-18th of February. Forming part of this Valentine’s offer is their Strawberry Cheesecake cocktail, which combines Dima’s Vodka with Amaretto, vanilla, and a strawberry puré, which is then topped with cream to take the edge off the sweet fruity flavours.

The recently launched TH@51 located in Taj 51 Buckingham Gate Suites and Residences boasts a stunning cocktail bar, whose menu celebrates our planet’s unique and often fragile ecosystems. This Valentine’s Day the collaborative team has created a cocktail that celebrates love and takes inspiration from Romeo and Juliet. Served in a flute with rose petals, the inspired concoction contains gin and rose liqueur topped with Campari and Champagne.
