Fried chicken, Kebabs and Nutella with Waffles – it’s a party waiting to happen!

A little bit of what you fancy does you good and when it comes to food, a bit of sin has never really been a bad thing. In a world where we have so many serious things to worry about, a mild indulgence shouldn’t be one of them, right? 

In honour of our less proud moments (and our weekend hangover food choices), Chef Nico Simeone invites guests to sink their teeth into ‘Guilty Pleasures’ at Six by Nico restaurants and offer a unique culinary experience inspired by our favourite comfort foods and the moments we all long to enjoy.

From Monday 20th September – Sunday 31st October 2021 guests dining at Six by Nico restaurants across the UK are invited to enjoy a slice of heaven and indulge in their favourite soul foods. 

Guilty Pleasures’ new six course tasting menu includes SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE – Octopus & Pork Bolognese, Fregola Sarda & Aged Pecorino Foam; STRAIGHT FROM THE CAN – Ceviche Of Tuna, Pickled Watermelon, Tokyo Turnip, Bonito, Dashi Jelly & Avocado Puree; LAMB KEBAB – Spiced Belly Of Suckling Lamb, Pickled White Cabbage, Rose Harissa Emulsion & Cucumber Chutney; FISH SUPPER 2.0 – Scrabster Cod, Caramelised Cauliflower, Curry Sauce, Caper & Raisin; NICO’S FRIED CHICKEN – Chicken, NFC Crumb, Leg Roulade, Barbecue Corn, Hen Of The Woods & Black Garlic Emulsion and finally NUTELLA & WAFFLES – Chocolate & Praline Cremeux, Sour Cherry, Stroopwafel & Creme Fraiche. Our new six-course menu is packed with food that we all secretly love, from ‘junk food’ favourites and hangover cures that we can’t live without to comforting foods that we feel ashamed to eat. Its pure indulgence at its best one mouthful after the other”.

Diners can book a table now for ‘Guilty Pleasures’. Open from midday, Monday through to Sunday, each six-course menu will be available from noon to late. The menu will be priced from £32* per person with the option to enjoy an expertly selected wine pairing for an additional £26 at each restaurant. A vegetarian alternative is available for every course, as well as Guilty Pleasures inspired snack sides. *Please note London Fitzrovia and London Canary Wharf pricing is £37 per person and £33 for wine pairing.

‘Guilty Pleasures’ will run from Monday 20th September to Sunday 31st October 2021 at Six by Nico Glasgow Finnieston, Glasgow Southside, Edinburgh City Centre, Manchester City Centre, Liverpool City Centre, Belfast Cathedral Quarter, London Fitzrovia as well as the new flagship restaurant at London Canary Wharf.
