Italian duo launch Fidelari: handmade pasta with a contemporary twist, delivered to London doorsteps

Dropped to doorsteps over London, Fidelari is a new pasta company producing fresh and homemade pasta from team of two Vanessa and Valentina, who met while working at Restaurant Theo Randall on Park Lane, recently launched their first solo venture in a bid to produce the best handmade pasta in the capital by sticking to age-old Italian traditions with a contemporary twist.

The duo, who hail from one of Italy’s most celebrated foodie regions, Puglia, formed a strong friendship while working at Theo Randall with Vanessa managing the restaurant and Valentina as Head Pasta Chef. Feeling a sense of duty to continue the long standing Italian tradition of pasta making, and sticking to the tried and trusted Italian methods that are slowly beginning to die out, the ladies took it upon themselves to create a concise menu that shines a spotlight on this historic Italian dish as well as continue the skill for future generations. 

Cutting through the noise when it comes to the overcrowded delivery market in London, Fidelari offers authentic pasta that is real, and genuinely handmade by Valentina who has learnt direct from her Italian ancestors.
