Fitzrovia’s Sicilian-inspired restaurant is available at home for the very first time, with three new ways of ‘dining with Norma’:
Norma at Home: a full and proper restaurant experience brought to your home: from catered and waited barbecues to canapé parties and sharing feasting menus
Feast with Norma: a new menu of family-style sharing platters available for collection, to be heated and enjoyed at home
Norma, delivered: Norma’s classic dishes & Norma pasta kits now available via Deliveroo and Supper
NORMA AT HOME
For the very first time, Culinary Director Ben Tish and his team are bringing their cooking, service and hospitality out of the restaurant and into the home. From the restaurant’s Sicilian dishes and bespoke crockery, to the plating and service Norma is known for, an all-encompassing restaurant experience can now be enjoyed from the comfort of guests own homes and gardens. All cooked and served in situ by Norma’s esteemed chefs and front & back of house teams.
Bringing Norma’s hospitality into the home, they have created bookable event menus including canapé
soirees, summer sharing barbecues, and sharing-style family suppers. Tailoring the service to each occasion, all events are bespoke with Norma’s chefs and staff on hand throughout.
For those looking for a hands-off approach to barbecuing, a sharing menu grilled by Norma’s chefs includes the likes of Asparagus & alioi; whole shoulder of lamb, cumin, preserved lemon & almond sauce and summer potatoes, green chilli, dandelion & muscatel vinegar. (Up to 24 guests, £60pp.)
A summer canape menu includes fresh, vibrant Sicilian bites like Wild bream crudo, pomegranate coriander and Porcini & truffle arancini and Mini cinnamon-spiced quince brioches. (Up to 30 people, £25pp.)
Famed for their sharing platters, Norma are also offering guests a feasting menu, cooked and served in the home, family style. Signature Pasta alla Norma; Parmigiana and Aged sirloin & salmoriglio; sit alongside platters of sides like Green beans, pecorino & lemon and Watercress, red onion, chard & basil dressing.
Norma want to bring a true taste of their restaurant experience to the home and their ‘at home’ menus, service style and even choice of crockery can be tailored to various events, capacities and formats.
FEAST WITH NORMA AT HOME: SHARING PLATTERS FOR FAMILY-STYLE DINING NOW AVAILABLE TO ‘CLICK & COLLECT’
Known for Italian-style generosity when it comes to hospitality, Norma are making their family-style sharing dishes available for collection. Designed to be enjoyed in company, all platters serve 4 and can be reheated at home for the perfect restaurant-standard supper.
Norma will be whipping up sharing platters of Sicilian charcuterie and cheeses, trays of Aubergine parmigiana, Lamb shoulder with roasted courgettes & salsa morsica as well as hearty portions of their signature Tiramisu and towers of colourful Cannoli. Bottles of Negroni & Cubotto cocktails (£10) as well as fine Italian wines start also available for collection.
