Monin continues to expand portfolio with launch of green tea concentrate

Flavour Experts, MONIN has launched its latest award winning NPD as it continues to add to its extensive portfolio, giving drink development teams access to an ever growing range of innovative products.

 

The newest addition  – Green Tea Concentrate – pairs perfectly with Passion Fruit, Pomegranate, Mango,
Lemon and Honey as well as on trend botanical flavours Jasmin and Hibiscus, helping to create an array of exciting Green Tea drinks that offer something a little different.
Recently awarded Best New Product in the Speciality Beverage Flavour Additive category at World of Coffee, MONIN’s Green Tea Concentrate encapsulates the unique fresh essence of the popular Asian tea offering a quick and simple way to infuse iced teas, cocktails and no ABV drinks with Green Tea notes.

Trendy Summer Green Tea Serves

 

Frozen White Peach Green Tea

30 ml MONIN Green Tea Concentrate  

10 ml MONIN White Peach syrup

1 scoop Le Frappe de MONIN Non Dairy

150 ml water

 

Combine all ingredients into a blender with ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with edible flowers and a sprig of mint. Serve.

 

 

Mango Green Tea Pisco Sour

20 ml MONIN Green Tea Concentrate

15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Mango

45 ml Pisco

15 ml lime juice

20 ml egg white

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into the shaker tin. Through away the ice and shake one more time without ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a few drops of aromatic bitter on the foam. Serve

 

 

Pomegranate Green Tea Mocktail

20 ml MONIN Green Tea Concentrate

20 ml MONIN Pomegranate syrup

80 ml coconut water                     

40 ml cranberry juice

Top with ginger ale

 

Combine all ingredients in to a shaker with ice cubes except ginger ale. Shake vigorously and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes. Top with ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and coconut flakes. Serve.
