From a rich boeuf burger’gnon to tri-colour marshmallows, Raymond Blanc’s Brasserie Blanc has pulled out all the stops this year to celebrate Bastille Day.

Brasserie Blanc has created a limited-edition special burger with a take on a traditional French classic and given it a street food influence and some fun!

Indulge in the boeuf burger’gnon, fit for any French feast, with a tender beef burger, onion rings, crispy bacon, tomato and a rich red wine bourguignon sauce (£15). To celebrate further finish off on a sweet note with an assortment of homemade bleu, blanc, rouge marshmallows (£3) in the colours of the French flag.

Enjoy the taste of France from the 8^th through to 19^th July at all Brasserie Blanc restaurants around the country and for one day only, guests who wear red, white et bleu will get half off their burger and fries (£7.50) on Bastille Day (14th July).
