Casa De Campo Food & Wine Festival Returns for Its Fourth Year with an All-Star Lineup of Celebrated Culinary Talent
Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, the iconic Dominican Republic resort, announces the highly anticipated return of its Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival. Taking place from October 9th – October 10th, 2026, the fourth annual food festival will showcase acclaimed trailblazing Michelin-star Chef Michael Mina, alongside returning culinary favorites – legendary Chef Hubert Keller marking his fourth year, Chef Joe Isidori for his second, and local talent.
In partnership with Invited, guests will find themselves fully immersed in the most luxurious offerings of food and beverage, featuring exclusive demonstrations, curated tastings, and interactive culinary showcases led by some of the world’s most celebrated chefs and tastemakers. Each experience is designed to offer behind-the-scenes insight into the artistry of fine dining. Set against the stunning backdrop of Casa de Campo, the property invites guests to engage with culinary leaders shaping the global and local food scene.
The festival will once again be hosted by Raúl de Molina, the charismatic Univision television personality.
Among the featured talent is Hubert Keller, a French-born, Michelin-starred chef celebrated for his refined yet approachable take on classic French cuisine. Returning for his fourth year, Keller brings decades of expertise and a signature blend of precision and creativity to every dish.
Returning for his second year Joe Isidori, an acclaimed chef and restaurateur best known as the founder of Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer. Recognized for his elevated comfort food and larger-than-life culinary concepts, Isidori combines playful creativity with high-quality ingredients, delivering bold, crowd-pleasing dishes that have earned a global following.
Rounding out the lineup is Michael Mina, an award-winning chef and founder of the Mina Group. Renowned for his sophisticated approach to contemporary American cuisine, Mina has built a global culinary empire rooted in bold flavors, impeccable technique, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
To further build on the momentum of the festival, Chef Adam Pawlak, a Top Chef finalist and acclaimed restaurateur known for his modern approach to Midwestern cuisine, will headline the festival’s exclusive “Dinner Under the Stars” – an intimate, open-air dining experience, where guests will enjoy a multi-course menu paired with exceptional wines.
Throughout the two-day event, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy food & wine pairings from some of the most notable international chefs in the culinary arts, while taking in all that Casa de Campo’s expansive 7,000-acre grounds have to offer. Beyond its luxury accommodations, guests can experience 63 holes of world-class golf across three courses – including the renowned Teeth of the Dog, as well as Dye Fore and The Links, all designed by Pete Dye – alongside a state-of-the-art Golf Learning Center featuring Trackman technology.
