Hilton Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Junction Café & Provisions at Hilton New Orleans Riverside, the newest restaurant concept developed in partnership with StiR Creative Collective, Hilton’s in-house global food and beverage consultancy arm. Junction delivers an elevated, convenient all-day on-site dining experience featuring quick breakfast, lunch and dinner options, freshly brewed coffee, and a collection of thoughtfully chosen retail items. The dining concept centers around all-day food and beverage offerings, curated provisions, and provides a welcoming space for community and connectivity – all inspired by the ethos behind its name, “Junction.”

“Junction is a powerful addition to our growing StiR Creative Collective portfolio, further strengthening Hilton’s position as an industry innovator across the Americas,” said Brian Abel, senior vice president, food and beverage operations and development, Americas, Hilton. “By pairing strategic insight with creative, culturally resonant design, Junction exemplifies how StiR elevates the guest experience and reimagines food and beverage across our brands. It expands a portfolio of concepts that are both commercially impactful and redefining hotel dining for guests, meeting attendees, and locals.”
“This is a meaningful milestone for Hilton Hotels & Resorts as we introduce a new dining concept that reflects the evolution of our brand – one grounded in energizing connections, elevated design, and bringing people together in meaningful ways,” said Leonard Gooz, global brand leader, Hilton Hotels & Resorts. “From delivering the best of local and global food and beverage to creating environments that invite guests to connect, unwind, and discover, this dining concept will represent the future of our brand. Junction will offer experiences that are authentically New Orleans yet unmistakably world‑class. As one of the largest hotels in the Americas, and with the support of our partners at Park Hotels & Resorts, we’re proud to debut this groundbreaking concept in the heart of New Orleans.”
Concept and Menu
Located on the hotel’s second floor adjacent to check-in, Junction is perfectly positioned to meet guests at every moment of their day – whether starting the morning off right, taking a midday break to refuel, or picking up treats to enjoy later. Envisioned as an interactive, modern all-day café and artisan corner store, Junction serves as a welcoming hub for guests to rest, reset, and reconnect, inspired by contemporary bodegas and the warmth of a community gathering space.

Junction features elevated classics served throughout the day, with both counter service and grab-and-go options, and a coffee counter crafted by La Colombe Coffee Roasters. The menu transitions seamlessly from breakfast – offering steel-cut oats with apples and pistachios, savory aged cheddar and scallion scones, and plant-based burritos – to a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, vibrant salads, signature coffee drinks, loose-leaf teas, and creative beverages. Additionally, guests can shop for local products that evoke the spirit of New Orleans, such as Zapp’s and JeanTherapy, among others.
