Whitley Bay’s award-winning Nicholsons Butchers is now officially taking Christmas orders – making it easier than ever for families across the North East to plan the perfect festive feast.

From show-stopping mains like Bronze Turkeys, Beef Wellingtons and Gammon Joints to seasonal sides, Christmas hampers and foodie gifts, everything is available to browse and order online – or in person at their Park View shop. With limited stock on some items, customers are encouraged to place their orders early, ahead of the 17 December deadline.

Whether you’re planning a big festive spread or something more low-key, Nicholsons has all the essentials to help you impress your guests. This year’s Christmas range includes everything from succulent bronze turkeys, turkey crowns and three-bird roasts, to tender topside of beef, delicious pork joints, luxurious beef Wellingtons, hearty gammon joints and rich smoked salmon. For vegetarian guests, there’s also a flavour-packed mushroom Wellington on the menu.

To complete your Christmas dinner, Nicholsons offers a mouth-watering range of freshly made trimmings, including turkey gravy, pigs in blankets, buttery sprouts with bacon, chestnut and pork stuffing, and a creamy cheesy leek gratin – everything you need to make Christmas Day easy and delicious.

Ordering couldn’t be simpler. You can place and pay for your order online, pop into the shop, or give the team a call on 0191 252 5250. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll be allocated a collection slot – or choose delivery if available. If there’s anything you forget, you can still top up with extras in store on the day. Just remember to store everything in the fridge – not the garage, greenhouse or garden shed!
