Enjoy an elevated dining experience overlooking the world-famous Silverstone Circuit  

Escapade Silverstone is delighted to unveil its Autumn Menu at The Gallery, offering a refined yet welcoming dining experience set against the exhilarating backdrop of the legendary Silverstone Circuit. This limited-time seasonal offering invites guests to unwind in style while soaking up the thrill of the track and the beauty of autumn. 

The Autumn Menu celebrates the best of the season’s produce, combining bold flavours, elegant presentation, and a sense of comfort perfect for the cooler months. As an all-day dining destination, guests can enjoy a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday lunch options, each designed to highlight the creativity of the kitchen and the warmth and depth of autumnal ingredients.  

Small plates include classic favourites such as Old Winchester Cheese Double-Baked Soufflé and Sourdough Loaf with Ampersand Salted Butter. Also on the menu are Caesar Salad with Gem Lettuce, Parmesan and Bacon Crumb, and Crispy Pork Belly with Spiced Plum Ketchup. 

Among the main courses, standout dishes include the 28-Day Dry-Aged Tomahawk with Kimchi Slaw, Peppercorn Sauce and Chips. Another highlight is the Lemon-Marinated Spatchcock Poussin with Paprika Dip and Sweet Potato Fries. For something more indulgent, the Rib Cap Beef Burger includes Applewood Cheddar, Bacon Jam and Chilli Relish, while seafood lovers will enjoy the Teriyaki-Glazed Atlantic Cod with Charred Tenderstem Broccoli.  

On Sundays, The Gallery serves a traditional Roast, where you can choose from Beef, Pork, Chicken or Vegetable Wellington served with seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and rich gravy.

The Express Lunch menu has also been refreshed for autumn, offering exceptional value with one course for £18, two courses for £28, or three courses for £35. Available Monday to Saturday from 12:00–14:30. 

Dessert offers a decadent finale to the dining occasion. Guests can choose from comforting classics such as Apple Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream and Sticky Toffee Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce or opt for something more refined like the Earl Grey Crème Brûlée with Shortbread Biscuit. 

For chocolate lovers, the Chocolate Mousse with Caramel and Hazelnuts provides a rich, velvety finish, while those seeking savoury balance can enjoy a curated selection of British Cheeses and Crackers. 

Alongside this, a dedicated Kid’s Menu is also available, offering a selection of freshly prepared dishes for younger diners. Main options include Grilled Chicken with Vegetables & Mash, a Cheddar & Ham Toastie, and Penne with Fresh Tomato Sauce. Puddings feature Vanilla Panna Cotta with Summer Berries, Pistachio Shortbread, Fruit Salad with Peach Sorbet, or a Warm Brownie with Chocolate Sauce & Vanilla Ice Cream.  With options for every taste, the whole family can enjoy a relaxed, welcoming meal together.
