In a new collaboration with Pho, Dr. Alex George details his go-to menu which will be available to order for a limited-time this summer

Vietnamese restaurant group Pho is proud to unveil a new collaboration with the health expert, presenter, best-selling author and mental health advocate, Dr. Alex George.

As part of this new partnership for the summer, Pho will spotlight Dr. Alex’s go-to Pho order – the ‘ultimate summer fuel’ – which will launch as a limited-time bundle on Deliveroo and across all Pho restaurants in the UK for the season. The order consists of a protein-packed bowl of Chicken Phở, served with a spicy Mango Salad and a freshly squeezed Apple, Mint & Lime Juice.

Dr. Alex George said: “Pho has been a go-to for me for years. It’s always fresh, packed with flavour, and there’s so much choice. Naturally, my favourite is their pho made with 12-hour slow-cooked bone broth, which really is liquid gold. It’s rich in protein, supports gut health, and is a natural source of collagen. I’m super excited to partner with Pho to showcase a menu that tastes incredible while supporting your wellbeing.”

Dr. Alex’s menu is rooted in the vibrant flavours of Vietnamese cuisine and champions feel-good, functional eating, whilst placing the spotlight on bone broth – the heart of Pho’s nourishing dishes and a dish that aligns with Alex’s passion for physical and mental wellbeing.
