Harry’s continued brand expansion with new destination restaurant to open in King’s Cross this June

Opening on 3 June 2025, Harry’s will bring its signature blend of timeless Italian charm and contemporary elegance to King’s Cross. This latest addition to the Harry’s family will embrace Italy’s glamorous 1950s style with a modern twist, bringing a taste of la dolce vita to the area. It will join the popular collection of venues already located in Knightsbridge, Marylebone, and Victoria.

Located on King’s Boulevard, the 174-seater restaurant offers an inviting all-day dining experience, from breakfast through to dinner, in one of London’s most vibrant culinary and hospitality hubs. The new venue will feature 80 covers indoors and 94 seats on its stylish outdoor terrace, spanning over 3,200 square feet.

Harry’s is renowned for its elegant atmosphere, authentic Italian cuisine, and timeless glamour, drawing inspiration from the original Harry’s Bar in Venice, which opened in 1931. The King’s Cross location will reflect the much-loved culinary experience at its sister restaurants in Central London, with a menu specially curated by Executive Chef Simon Gregory. Guests can enjoy the fan favourite Harry’s Tagliolini, a delectable selection of wood-fired pizzas, indulgent pastas like Harry’s Spaghetti Seafood, and signature plates including Truffled Chicken and Aubergine Parmigiana. To finish, the iconic Harry’s Toadstool and the new dessert platter, Harry’s Gondola, promise a sweet conclusion to the meal.

Complementing the food is a carefully curated cocktail menu, featuring timeless classics with Harry’s unique twists. For those who appreciate Italian elegance, the expansive wine list offers a range of exquisite bottles from Italy’s most renowned wine regions and beyond.

King’s Cross has emerged as a key player in London’s hospitality scene with the area experiencing remarkable growth as sales have increased by 20% in 2023 compared to 2022 and is continuing to grow year on year. Being a major transportation hub connecting various parts of the UK and Europe, it is an easy destination for travellers, with an average of 67,078 passengers starting or ending their journey here daily.

Laura Mills, Managing Director of The Ivy Group says, “We’re truly excited to be opening our fourth Harry’s in the heart of King’s Cross — a location full of energy, culture, and character. Harry’s has always been about more than just great Italian food; it’s about creating memorable moments through warm, heartfelt hospitality. It means so much to us that guests feel genuinely looked after when they dine with us. Bringing our signature Italian charm to this vibrant and ever-evolving part of London feels incredibly special. We can’t wait to welcome both new and familiar faces to Harry’s King’s Cross.”

Consistent with Harry’s Marylebone, Harry’s Victoria and Harry’s Dolce Vita, the space features marble details in rain forest green, custom brass light fittings, and refined design accents. The crisp linen café curtains provide a sense of privacy, while Maison Drucker rattan exterior dining chairs add a touch of timeless European elegance to the outdoor seating area.

Designed in-house, the interiors draw inspiration from classic Italian restaurant establishments. The rich, cohesive palette of deep browns, greens, and whiskey-toned leather sets the tone, enhanced by bespoke design details alongside custom artwork by renowned illustrator Adam Ellis.

As King’s Cross continues to evolve into one of London’s most dynamic hospitality districts, Harry’s is poised to become a key player in the area’s culinary renaissance, offering a destination that feels both timeless and contemporary.

Honing Italy’s rich culinary heritage, Harry’s Kings Cross will be the go-to spot for special occasions, business lunches, and leisurely weekend brunches with friends and family. Set in a prime location with stylish design and a celebrated menu, it promises to be a must-visit for Londoners and visitors alike.

Reservations will open on 29th April 2025, ahead of the official launch on 3rd June 2025 and can be accessed directly through the website
