North London’s immersive cocktail bar and dining spot, Laki Kane, is entering an exciting new chapter this May with a relaunch under new management, a venue refresh, and a fully revamped menu led by Chef Collin Brown, known for pioneering modern Caribbean cuisine in the UK and globally.

The destinational venue has become known for its tropical interior, rum-forward cocktail list and lively weekend brunches or birthday celebrations – and this highly anticipated relaunch marks a new era for the Upper Street venue, with a renewed focus on quality, programming and concept-led hospitality.

The relaunch will spotlight a Caribbean-inspired menu by Chef Collin Brown, alongside refreshed interiors designed to elevate the tropical escape theme, with a continued focus on immersive experiences including Bottomless Brunch, DJ-led events and cocktail masterclasses.

With increased demand for hybrid venues offering drink, entertainment and dining in one, Laki Kane’s repositioning targets both London nightlife lovers and casual diners seeking escapism.

Known for his work with Sandals Resorts and his appearances across global food media, Chef Collin Brown brings a modern take on Caribbean cuisine to London’s bar scene. In his 30-year career, Collin has earned the prestigious AA Rosette Award as well as cooking for A-list celebrities like Beyonce, Vin Diesel and Katy Perry.

Laki Kane will remain a cocktail and music-led destination, with an addition of an elevated food offering inspired by the islands, appealing to both casual diners and nightlife seekers.
