On Friday 14th February, CORD will offer a specially curated five-course set menu, priced at £129 per person. Under the direction of Executive Chef Karl O’Dell, the menu features seasonal ingredients and dishes that reflect the passion and craftsmanship of the CORD team. Highlights include Beetroot Pasta with black garlic, pine nuts, and Brin d’Amour, followed by Scottish Langoustines with white miso, pomelo, and radish. The main course features BBQ Angus Beef Fillet with kombu, pak choi, peppers, and jus, and guests will finish with an indulgent Ivory White Chocolate dessert with mandarin, tonka bean, and gold, complemented by delicate petit fours.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy expertly paired wines from Head Sommelier Jiachen Lu, whose curated selection elevates the dining experience with each course.
