PocketSquare – the east London rooftop bar with skyline terrace – has launched a Pop-Up Menu with FAIR^®, the leading Fair Trade Liquor Brand. The menu of five exclusive cocktails is available at PocketSquare from 17^th October through to the end of the year. 

FAIR^® is the world’s first Fair Trade and Organic Certified spirits company and is considered one of the pioneers in the sustainable movement in the UK. Sourcing the finest ingredients worldwide, FAIR^®’s goal is to produce high-quality spirits, using unique ingredients and supporting their farmers financially.

PocketSquare sits on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Place London City East Hotel; a hotel with a strong focus on Environmental Sustainability. The hotel aims to deliver sustainable hospitality for all colleagues, guests, customers, and the community. Working on a collaborative menu with FAIR^® was an exciting opportunity for the PocketSquare team to work with a brand aligned to their goals and to promote a more environmentally conscious approach to bartending.

The list features five cocktails all showcasing the FAIR^® liqueurs and spirits:

Autumn Sour – FAIR^® Oaxaca Whiskey, Mandarin Juice, Lime Juice, Ginger Syrup

Zesty FAIR^® – Espolon Blanco, FAIR^® Chipotle, Orange Juice, Cinnamon Syrup

Amour du Café– FAIR^® Café, FAIR^® Kumquat, Pistachio liquor made with FAIR^® Vodka

Espresso FAIR^®tini – FAIR^® Vodka, FAIR^® Café, Espresso, Sugar Syrup

ElderFAIR^® Negroni – FAIR^® Gin, FAIR^® Elderflower, Noilly Prat

The FAIR^® Pop-Up menu is now available at PocketSquare until the end of the year, with the exception of the week commencing 28^th October.
