LEON’s summer menu celebrates global flavours and feeling sunny from the inside
Naturally Fast Food restaurant LEON has refreshed its menu for summer with a brand new seasonal menu, bursting with flavours and dishes inspired by summer holidays and al fresco dining across the globe.
A number of new items are launching across both the Breakfast and All Day menus, aiming to bring a taste of adventure with each bite, and a sun-soaked dining experience no matter what the British weather might have in store…
Landing on LEON’s breakfast menu and transporting us to France are LEON’s brand new pastries. Breakfast favourites Organic Butter Croissant and Organic Pain au Chocolat will be available for summer. For a more Middle-Eastern inspired breakfast option, Green Shakshuka and Halloumi Poached Egg Pot, is also making its menu debut. Packed with Mediterranean flavours and goodness, it’s made with cumin-spiced supergreens – kale, green chilli, spinach, and courgette – and topped with grilled halloumi, aioli, sumac, and fresh herbs. Simply perfect for a healthier start to a sunshine filled morning.
For those looking for a Spanish take on a classically English breakfast muffin, look no further than the Chorizo and Egg Muffin, made with Brindisa’s famous spicy chorizo, aioli, spinach and a toasted sourdough muffin.
The adventure doesn’t stop at breakfast. LEON invites you to say hello to new All Day menu highlights including the Keralan Chicken Curry Rice Box, a mouth-watering Southern-Indian inspired dish made from tender chicken in a rich sauce, with coconut milk, cumin, curry leaves, and fenugreek seeds, served with coconut and cucumber pickle, and sprinkled with herbs.
The Turkish kebab-inspired Harissa Chick’n Wrap also lands on the All Day menu. This plant-based dish is filled with vibrant vegetables and fragrant flavours, and layered up with vegan chick’n, fresh herbs, harissa sauce, crunchy lettuce, tomato, gut-friendly pink sauerkraut, pickles and smoked aioli. Synonymous with Middle-Eastern cuisine is the sharing platter, and so LEON welcomes their Hummus Pots, Flatbread and Jerk Chicken Mezze to the menu, perfect for enjoying with friends and family.
Finally, the drinks menu has also hit the refresh button. LEON’s new Mango, Lime & Dragon Fruit Smoothie is the perfect cooler for warm summer days, and as if that wasn’t cool enough, LEON has also introduced Vanilla Iced Matcha Lattes and Vanilla Iced Lattes to the menu.
The Summer menu items will be available for dine-in, takeaway, click & collect and delivery. Prices may vary in each restaurant.
