Europe’s largest candle manufacturer, Bolsius Professional has found that over 90% of consumers in the UK and the Republic of Ireland (ROI) believe that ambiance is an important factor when deciding which hospitality venues to visit.
The new guide titled Let’s bring the extraordinary to the table: The Bolsius Professional guide to ambiance in hospitality, highlights how ambiance, and particularly candlelight, can impact a customer’s experience. The candle producer’s guide shows that 81% surveyed stated that ambiance is a factor in their decision to stay out longer, or to return to an establishment.
