Mindful Chef, the UK’s favourite healthy recipe box service (source: Trustpilot) who yesterday reported an unprecedented increase in sales since the Coronavirus outbreak, including a +452% spike in new recipe box customers and a +387% spike in frozen meal sales (based on sales week on week), as the nation continues to stockpile, are offering all NHS staff a 30% discount, in a bid to keep those who need it most, eating healthily during the pandemic.

Mindful Chef, who announced the offer via Instagram to its community of 94k followers, commented:
