Burger restaurant Patty & bun to open in Ship Street, Brighton
Patty & Bun will open in Brighton next month for its first site outside London.
Located at 56 Ship Street, the 1,500 sq ft corner unit is within the South Lanes across basement, ground floor and first floor levels with space for 50 covers in total.
The new regional site will serve the brand’s burger menu.
The site was secured by Shelley Sandzer.
“We are really excited to kick off 2018 with the opening of our first restaurant outside of London,” says Patty & Bun founder Joe Grossman. “Our strong relationship with Shelley Sandzer has played a crucial role in Patty & Bun’s UK growth. Their knowledge and reliable and personal approach has made this process very easy and we are looking forward to working with Shelley Sandzer again as part of our regional growth in the UK.”
“Opening the first regional restaurant in Brighton is a milestone for Patty & Bun and we are delighted to have represented them and to be a part of this noteworthy step in their expansion,” adds Nick Weir at Shelley Sandzer. “We have no doubt the brand’s exceedingly popular offer will be a huge success in Brighton, and this key central location in the region will allow them to create a real buzz among a brand-new dining customer.”
