The Sushi Co Expands to Brighton with New Franchise Restaurant on Western Road

Brighton’s food scene just got a fresh new addition as The Sushi Co opens its doors on Western Road, marking the brand’s 21st UK location and continuing its rapid national expansion in the fast-casual sushi sector.
This latest opening is led by Nandu Reddy, a former cluster store manager turned franchisee, who now heads a team of 13 at the new Brighton site offering eat-in, takeaway and delivery services.
“As a store manager, I saw first-hand how much customers loved the quality of our food,” said Reddy. “I’ve always had a passion for Japanese cuisine, and opening my own Sushi Co restaurant in Brighton is a dream come true. We’ve had an incredibly busy start and are already seeing repeat visits from local customers.”
