Leading specialist UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, has­ secured a third site for brunch and healthy eating spot, Élan Café, in Oxford Circus.

The café will cover the ground floor and basement of 9-10 Market Place with a large outdoor terrace at the front.  On behalf of Élan Café, Shelley Sandzer has secured the lease from former tenants, Coppa Club. The brand, which already has sites on Park Lane and Brompton Road, has become well-known amongst Instagrammers and bloggers due to its picture-perfect flower walls, pink colour theme, marble tables and specialist latte art.

Commenting on the deal, Leo Feldman, partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Élan Cafe is an exciting young brand who have really captured the healthy living and coffee culture that London loves. Market Place and Fitzrovia are going to enjoy this new addition to the neighbourhood.”
