Building on the success of its St Paul’s rooftop, Sabine London will open its second venue this April with the launch of Sabine Holborn (www.sabinelondon.co.uk). The new destination brings the brand’s signature skyline‑focused experience to one of central London’s most vibrant districts and marks an exciting new chapter for the portfolio.

Located in Holborn, Sabine Holborn has been designed as a year‑round rooftop destination with beautiful sweeping city views and a warm, inviting interior. Coral and terracotta tones are layered with patterned upholstery and statement artwork, anchored by a central illuminated bar. An electronic retractable roof and fully retractable windows allow the venue to open to the sky in warmer weather and create a comfortable enclosed atmosphere during cooler months. Flexible layouts and adaptable lighting ensure the space transitions naturally from daytime service through to the late evening.

Sabine Holborn continues the brand’s core pillars which include a view-focused rooftop setting, flavour-driven small plates and a cocktail programme at the centre of the experience. The menu features indulgent sharing plates and a thoughtful selection of non-alcoholic cocktails alongside the brand’s signature serves.

Designed with events in mind, the venue offers a flexible layout with dedicated spaces for socialising, drinks and entertainment. Sabine Holborn accommodates exclusive hire for up to 100 guests for standing receptions and group bookings for up to 30 guests in roped off sections.
